Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in the DHL, FedEx, or S.F. Express or TNT website.

Hong Kong orders using our standard shipping method will not have a tracking number.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

Express Shipping:

Order will be processed within 1-2 business days if orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time)

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days (Monday to Friday Hong Kong time). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

- Free shipping for orders over HKD 1,000 (Estimated up to 1-2 business days) / ( Except heavy items )

- HKD 40 for all orders under HKD 1,000  (Estimated up to 1-2 business days) / ( Except heavy items )

China , Macao & Taiwan

HKD 100 for all orders (Estimated up to 2-3 business days)

Most of the Asia Pacific Countries

HKD 300 for all orders (Estimated up to 2-4 business days)

International shipping

HKD 400 for all orders (Estimated up to 3-7 business days)

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from 10thshop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to 10thshop.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by 10thshop.com. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
